I have been wanting to setup a new blog to log my weigh ins, diet plan (with foodlog) and my workouts for awhile now. I have finally broken away from vox :( and moved onto my own hosted blog. Woot! I'll just cut to the chase. I would like to lose about 40 pounds and weigh about 160 pounds. At that point I will asses if I need to drop more weight or if I will be happy at that weight. To reach my goal I am counting calories and working out. In the months past, I was primarily doing Turbo Jam. lately I am only motivated to go for walks. perhaps next week I can start incorporating my turbo jam workouts again.

Food Log - Goal of 1570 Calories

Breakfast:

1 English Muffin - 120 cal

1 tbsp smooth peanut butter - 95 cal

breakfast  total  = 215 calories

Lunch:

4 cups mixed salad greens - 60 cal

2 tbsp Marie's Light Ranch Dressing - 90 cal

1 - 3 oz can of tuna - 72 cal

1/2 an avocado - 145 cal

lunch total   =  367 calories

Snacks:

Yoplait fat-free boston Creme Pie Yogurt - 100 cal

Dinner:

1/2 C Taco Bell Fat-Free Refried Beans - 100 cal

2 - 8" inch 98% fat free tortillas - 260 cal

1 oz of cheddar - 110 cal

evening snack:

2 packets of instant oatmeal - 260

2 Girl scout cookies - 160

total for the day = 1,572

So I ended up going 2 calories over. lol Not bad. It was pretty sad as I was eating those 2 cookies I was taking the tiniest bites so as to enjoy them, and I couldn't help but stare at then and think "wow, for the same amount of calories I could have another packet of oatmeal or 2 large eggs". But yet my sweet tooth wouldn't have it any other way.
