Weight watchers has still been working out for well for me. I've been losing an average of 1.5 pounds since I began it 4 weeks ago. This week it looks like I gained 1 pound but I am not stressing about it. I am sure it's only water weight. I worked really hard this week in the gym. I pushed myself and did 45 min of cardio on Tuesday and Thursday, that's 15 more than usual. Today I also did 30 min of cardio on the elliptical instead of doing my HIIT training which lasts only 15 min.
I've been feeling better about my body and I have also noticed I have turned a few heads at the gym. Yesterday I had 2 different men do a 180º in order to check out my backside when I walked past them. (I saw their reflections so that's how I caught them.) It felt good knowing men were checking me out and not just staring thinking I looked like a cow.
