I have been wanting to setup a new blog to log my weigh ins, diet plan (with foodlog) and my workouts for awhile now. I have finally broken away from vox

I'll just cut to the chase. I would like to lose about 40 pounds and weigh about 160 pounds. At that point I will asses if I need to drop more weight or if I will be happy at that weight. To reach my goal I am counting calories and working out. In the months past, I was primarily doing Turbo Jam. lately I am only motivated to go for walks. perhaps next week I can start incorporating my turbo jam workouts again. Read More...
