I can honestly say that Weight Watcher points has put me in a happy place with eating. I don't feel like I am starving all the time. I do not feel deprived. I've been enjoying my evening dessert of an ice cream sandwich while I watch my latest reality TV show on my DVR. I can plan ahead, like if I know I am craving something that I want for dinner, I will figure out my evening points needed and go ahead and subtract them from my points right away so I can base my lunch and snacks around whatever points I have left. The best part is I am finally losing weight again!
Today's workout was weight training my triceps and back. I even got brave and did some quite vulnerable training exercises for a fat person. Too bad I don't know the names of them to show what they are. lol My back is going to be sore tomorrow though, I can tell already. I shouldn't complain too much though because I haven't had any muscle soreness the past 5 weight training workouts. I think my body is used to the hard training now.
I also did 20 min of cardio today. I was pooped after my training and didn't feel up to a 30 min workout. I did 5 minutes on the treadmill with 3 min straight running and then I did interval training on the Stepmill. I burned 260 calories.

congrats on your progress. i’ve been seeing some results with weight watchers also and i’m excited about continuing with it. i’m also in happy place when i think about it.
