		<description>Let us know how it goes.  I think everyone responds differently to different routines.  I always found it harder to do weight training first then trudge into to the cardio room!

Another thing to try would be a weight training circuit but adding 5m of cardio in each &quot;orbit&quot;.  I&#039;ve had good results with that.

Basically, mixing it up keeps the body guessing!  Good luck.</description>
