Future Hot Mama Takes On P90X

I decided a few days ago to push myself into hitting my goal weight. I am tired of weighing the same weight for a year now and I really needed something to push me harder. Its unfortunate that I cannot afford a personal trainer right now but I got the next best thing, Tony Horton in my bedroom!

Today is my Day 3 on the program I am just motivated to keep on with this program for the full 90 days. I am following the Classic workout schedule and I am eating the Fat Shredder level 1 nutrition plan. I have not found the eating to be difficult at all and I think that's because I have already been eating very similar to this the previous 2 weeks. Last night a huge 5 layer rich chocolate cake found its way into the home and yet I was not even tempted by it one bit. I'm so high on my expectations for these 90 days that the cake wasn't even an afterthought.

That’s awesome. You are going to love P90X. I would stay off the scale for a while. Just take your measurements and track your progress that way.

I agree with Jeff. Don’t measure yourself every day because you want to see results each and every time to keep you motivated. I have been a personal trainer and a gym owner for a long time and I recommend my clients only step on the scale once a week. Keep it up girl and I am so happy the P90X regimen is working for you!
