I was suppose to do my Turbo Jam this morning but I got distracted by so much going on. I got a phone call from my son's school at 9:15 am (just before I was to workout) and they said his contact was bothering his eye so I had to head down to the school and remove it.
Anyhow, so no workout today.
Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee with 1 tbsp of creamer and truvia = 50 calories
2 packets of instant oatmeal = 260 cal
Lunch:
2 slices of Weight watcher white bread = 45 cal
1 TBSP smooth peanut butter = 90 cal
1 small banana = 92 cal
1 oz Sun Chips, french onion = 140
Dinner:
1 large avocado = 322
1 serving Angel Hair pasta = 230
pesto sauce = 150
1/2 tomato = 19
1 TBSP Marie's light ranch dressing = 70 cal
2 cups mixed salad greens = 30 cal
Snack:
14 chocolate chips = 100 cal
total for the day = 1,598/1,579
