Make Your Own “Chobani” Greek Yogurt

by sarasayshi on January 26, 2012

So I have had a beef with Costco regarding my beloved Chobani Greek Yogurt. For some reason Costco no longer stocks Chobani! I am sorry but I am not willing to fork out more than $1 on individual servings of Chobani. I buy them at Safeway when I see them priced at 10 for $10 because I think that's reasonable. Asking anything more than that is highway robbery, especially when it's much cheaper to make your own at home (which is what I ended up doing today.)

Mock Chobani Greek Yogurt

1 cup of plain greek yogurt (you can use nonfat or 2%)

2 TBSP of your favorite jam (I used Trader Joe's Blackberry Jam)

1 packet of Stevia

Easy peasy! Just dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix together! Voila! Delicious fruit flavored greek yogurt that is sweet enough to capture a sweet tooth yet still so healthy for you.
