I've been weight training for over 2 months now. I've recently moved up from 12 lb foam free weights to 12 lb iron free weights. Along with moving from foam covered to iron weights also increases more pressure on your hands. The past few training weeks have left me with the beginning of calluses and blistering on my palms. So, a few days ago I started bring my weight lifting gloves and now those are not helping me out either. I am still leaving the gym with a red crease in my palm that happens primarily from the lat pull. My current gloves are a men's medium and I think they are just way too big for me.
